二、經該計畫辯題研擬小組決議，本年度政策型辯題為｢RESOLVED: That the Taiwanese government should legalize gender designation of transgender people on ID documents.」、非政策型辯題為｢RESOLVED: That the use of standardized English proficiency tests as a college graduation requirement in Taiwan should be discontinued.」。
